How do I find my error code?

Open the sync app and look for the error or warning icon, then click it for details. On Windows also check Event Viewer. Search for the code here, or paste the whole message.

Is it safe to reset the sync cache?

Usually yes: your files stay where they are and the app rebuilds its index. Always make sure your important files exist in the cloud or on another disk first.

Why do conflicted copies appear?

They appear when the same file was changed on two devices before syncing, or when a file was locked. Compare both versions, keep the one you need and delete the other.
